Dear OBC Supporter,
We are delighted to announce that tickets are now on sale for *Elijah*,
the first concert of our new 2009-10 season. We will be joined by the
Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, four superb soloists and conducted by our
Principal Conductor Nicholas Cleobury. The concert will take place in the
Sheldonian Theatre in Oxford on Saturday 5th December at 19.30 with a
pre-concert talk entitled "Did Elijah kill Mendelssohn?", to which all
ticket holders are invited.
We will then return to the Sheldonian on Saturday 19th December for our
annual carol concert. Under the baton of our Associate Conductor
Timothy Byram-Wigfield, *Carols for All* will be a fun programme of
seasonal music and the chance to join in some well-known favourites.
For more details of both concerts, please visit
<http://www.oxfordbachchoir.org/>. Tickets are available to purchase
from the Oxford Playhouse Box Office (01865 305305) or from
<mailto:tickets@oxfordbachchoir.org>.
We hope you will be able to join us.
